• Find meeting space/coordinate with space owner to secure for monthly meeting (monthly basis)
• Find presenters for meetings (monthly/ongoing basis) - Warner Onstine
• If no presenter come up with non-presenter topics - Warner Onstine and group as a whole
• Meeting agenda (monthly basis) - Warner Onstine
• Find Meeting sponsors (still needs to be done)

Special Events

• Birthday party (July of each year) - [Rene Stone]

Mailing List stuff

• Post jobs
• Post meeting announcements
• Post meeting agendas for feedback
• Fix subscriptions

Miscellany

• Advertise JUG (flyers, local conferences)
• Contact and prod local developers to come to meetings
• Raise awareness of group to drive up membership/attendance
• Manage Web site
